Volt is immediately hiring Manufacturing Operator Technicians in Saxonburg, PA

As a Manufacturing Operator Technician you will:

  • Hands-on mindset and approach, multi-tasking, strong verbal and written communication, daily equipment maintenance, technical support.
  • Relevant experience in sandblasting or a similar field, ability to analyze and troubleshoot basic issues, handling and managing hazardous chemical disposal.
  • Computer skills monitoring and logging data, basic understanding of chemistry and physics principles, must be able to wear proper PPE.
  • Conduct thorough inspections, monitor yield rates, relevant experience in thin film cleaning or a similar field, attention to detail.
  • Retrieving proper designs according to set schedule, operate characterization/test equipment, evaluate design requirements and prepare evaporation materials, use calibration equipment.

This is a Full time, Direct Hire opportunity. 

The ideal manufacturing operator technician will have:

  • Manufacturing Experience
  • Machine Operating Experience
  • Fabrication Experience
  • Equipment Maintenance Skills
  • Safe Handling and Storage of Hazardous Materials
  • Monitor and Data Entry Experience
  • Great Attention to Detail

Pay Range: $20.00/hr. – $23.00/hr. (Based on Job Title and Shift)

2nd Shift - 10% Shift Differential, 3rd Shift - 15% Shift Differential

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
