    About the Role:
    Join SuYash Consulting, LLC as a Water Resources Project Manager, where you will lead innovative projects in water management and sustainability. We are looking for a passionate individual to drive impactful solutions in the DMV area, contributing to our purpose of protect and enhance natural habitats and commuter experience.

    Responsibilities:
    • Manage and oversee water resources projects from inception to completion.
    • Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies to ensure project compliance.
    • Conduct hydrologic and hydraulic modeling to support project design.
    • Design Stormwater Management, Drainage and Erosion and Sediment Control.
    • Prepare technical reports, proposals, and project documentation.
    • Lead project teams and mentor junior staff in water resource engineering practices.
    • Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and regulations affecting water resources management.
    • Facilitate public meetings and presentations to communicate project objectives and outcomes.
    Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in water resources project management and engineering.
    • Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred or in progress.
    • Strong knowledge of hydrology, hydraulics, and water quality principles.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., MicroStation, HydroCAD, HEC-RAS, AutoCAD, GIS).
    • Knowledge of Maryland Regulations for stormwater management and erosion & Sediment control.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
