The TPM serves as the primary coordinator for complex technical initiatives, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. Success in this role requires a strong combination of project management discipline, technical understanding of enterprise networking, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and executive communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple concurrent projects involving wired, wireless, cellular/DAS, and network modernization efforts.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, and resource forecasts.
  • Coordinate project activities across engineering, operations, vendors, facilities, security, and business partners.
  • Facilitate project governance meetings, status reviews, steering committees, and executive updates.
  • Ensure successful implementation of projects while minimizing business disruption and operational risk.

Technical Program Coordination

  • Support delivery of enterprise networking initiatives such as:
    • Campus and branch network refreshes
    • Wireless workplace deployments
    • Aruba Central, Cisco, or cloud networking migrations
    • Network Access Control (NAC) enhancements
    • Cellular DAS and mobility projects
    • Network resiliency and redundancy improvements
    • Office relocations, expansions, and decommissions
  • Translate technical requirements into actionable project plans and business-aligned outcomes.

Risk & Change Management

  • Identify project risks, dependencies, constraints, and mitigation strategies.
  • Drive change management activities for network implementations and major infrastructure upgrades.
  • Partner with engineering and operations teams to ensure appropriate testing, validation, rollback planning, and implementation readiness.
  • Monitor key delivery metrics and proactively address project issues before they impact timelines or business operations.

Stakeholder Management

  • Build strong relationships with technical teams, business leaders, and external partners.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and decisions in a clear, concise, and executive-ready manner.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate decision-making across diverse groups.
  • Ensure business requirements are captured, documented, and aligned with technical solutions.

Vendor & Financial Management

  • Coordinate vendors, contractors, and service providers involved in network projects.
  • Track project budgets, purchase orders, and resource utilization.
  • Support contract reviews and renewals, equipment procurement, and lifecycle planning activities.
  • Ensure vendor deliverables meet quality, schedule, and performance expectations.

Process Improvement

  • Drive continuous improvement of project delivery methodologies and governance practices.
  • Develop project documentation, templates, playbooks, and reporting standards.
  • Promote consistency across project execution and operational handoffs.
  • Leverage project metrics and lessons learned to improve future project outcomes.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of project management experience delivering technology infrastructure projects.
  • Experience managing complex enterprise networking initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and governance practices.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
