Role and Responsibilities
Our Federal Government client is seeking senior-level ServiceNow developers for a contract engagement.
Responsibilities will include:
  • Confers with product team members and clients regularly to identify digital needs and determines how the desired results can be achieved. Analyzes existing systems and applications and develops or recommends new systems or modifications to existing systems;
  • Reviews and analyzes system specifications to determine whether all required elements have been included. Consults with business analysts and clients to gather information about program needs, objectives, functions, features, and input and output requirements;
  • Analyzes, defines, and documents requirements for data, workflow, logical processes, systems environment, interfaces with other systems, internal and external checks and controls, and outputs;
  • Applies best practices of ServiceNow platform standards and adheres to  standards and approved programming techniques to achieve the most effective solutions;
  • Modifies existing applications to conform to system changes or to make improvements in the existing application;
  • Writes and maintains documentation to describe program development, logic, coding, testing, changes, and corrections;
  • Develops test plans ensuring that unit, system, integration and user acceptance plans are complete and understood by developers and users;
  • Support and use the various methodologies such as the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
