    Job description

JOB TITLE: Sr. Partner Marketing Manager (Content Manager)
    LOCATION: Remote
    DURATION: Through Jan 29, 2027
    RATE RANGE: $58-$61/hr

    POSITION SUMMARY:

The Global Ecosystem Marketing (Partner Marketing) team markets with, through, and to our ecosystem of our client's partners to create market distinction, drive awareness, pipeline, and preference to support the growth of our client. We amplify the value of our client’s ecosystem by telling compelling partner stories, enabling partners to market and sell more effectively, and creating experiences that demonstrate the power of our client plus our partners.
We operate with a startup mindset inside a global company: we adapt quickly to our evergrowing ecosystem and evolving business needs, we get into the details, and we rally as a cohesive unit. If you enjoy solving new problems every day, collaborating deeply, and turning complex ideas into clear, actionable stories for partners, you’ll feel at home here.
We are looking for an experienced Senior Partner Marketing Manager (contractor) to help shape and scale how our client shows up with and for partners. Operating as a versatile content generalist, this role will have a heavy emphasis on owning digital storytelling and social media execution, while providing critical project management and content support for our partner keynotes and partner podcast.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Own Social Media Execution: Manage day-to-day social media posting, engagement, and monitoring. You will act as the primary liaison with our third-party social agency to guide, oversee, and manage ongoing social content strategy and development. You will track the performance of social and digital content (e.g., engagement metrics) and recommend improvements to continuously raise the bar.
    • Lead Digital Content Creation: Lead or co-lead the creation of high-impact content assets, including partner program narratives, customer and partner stories, solution one-pagers, and digital campaign messaging.
    • Support the Partner Innovation Exchange Podcast: Provide project management and content development support as needed for our partner podcast. This includes assisting with speaker training and scheduling, working with our third-party podcast agency to manage content development, and delivering accompanying our client's blog posts.
    • Project Manage & Support Event Content: Support partner keynote content updates by working directly with our design agency and consolidating feedback from stakeholder meetings to ensure we meet strict deadlines. Further support flagship event content by sourcing proof-point-rich customer stories and managing executive talking point updates.
    • Serve as a Strategic "Translator": Translate complex product, program, and ecosystem updates into clear, compelling content tailored for partners, articulating what changes mean for their business and our shared future. Create and refine partner messaging and value propositions for new and existing partner programs and marketplace motions.
    • Drive Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner closely with Global Ecosystem Marketing, the Global Partner Organization, product marketing, and corporate social teams to build integrated content plans. Support broader "to-partner" communications by developing digital content for the web and collaborating on launch and event communications.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on content marketing, digital marketing, or communications.
    • 5+ years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or alliance marketing in the technology or SaaS industry.
    • Demonstrated experience as a "content generalist" with a strong background in social media management, digital engagement, and content creation.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

    Skills & Additional Qualifications:

    • Strategic thinking with the ability to quickly understand priorities and translate them into clear content objectives and partner narratives.
    • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts, craft compelling value propositions, and tailor messages for diverse partner audiences including executives, marketers, and practitioners.
    • Proficiency in developing social copy, blog posts, messaging frameworks, landing pages, and campaign content with a consistent voice and brand.
    • Strong project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects (especially event content and podcasts), meet aggressive timelines, and maintain high-quality output.
    • Agency management experience, demonstrating a proven ability to manage external third-party agencies (social, podcast, or design) to deliver top-tier content.
    • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across marketing, product, sales, and partner teams while confidently engaging senior stakeholders and executives.
    • Deep expertise in social platforms (especially LinkedIn) and digital channels, with a strong understanding of how content works across the marketing funnel. (Note: Martech/Marketo experience is a strong plus).
    • Experience project managing content for large-scale events or keynotes, such as technology conferences or customer and partner events, is highly desirable.
    • Proactive, action-oriented mindset with the ability to move work forward in fast-moving and sometimes ambiguous environments.
    • Creative thinking with the ability to bring fresh ideas for partner storytelling and differentiated approaches across events and digital channels.
    • Collaborative, team-oriented attitude with the ability to thrive in a startup-within-an-enterprise culture.

BENEFITS SUMMARY: Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate or annual salary only, unless otherwise stated. In addition to base compensation, full-time roles are eligible for Medical, Dental, Vision, Commuter and 401K benefits with company matching.
