Job description

Responsibilities
  • Conduct daily and weekly surveillance monitoring to ensure warehouse operations meet company security and safety standards.
  • Review and analyze video footage for potential policy violations, incidents, or compliance risks.
  • Collaborate with the operations and HR teams to investigate incidents and prepare related reports.
  • Ensure all surveillance systems are functioning properly; report and coordinate maintenance or upgrades as needed.
  • Maintain compliance with company security protocols.
  • Develop and implement compliance checklists, internal audits, and corrective actions.
  • Support the implementation of new monitoring systems, procedures, and training programs.
  • Prepare regular compliance and incident analysis reports for management review.
  • Assist in vendor coordination and document management related to safety, security, and surveillance systems.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Occupational Safety, or related field preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience in surveillance, safety, or compliance roles (warehouse or logistics industry preferred).
  • Knowledge of CCTV/IP camera systems, NVR/DVR, and safety compliance standards.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.
  • Familiarity with OSHA or similar regulatory frameworks.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in English; Chinese bilingual ability preferred.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally between facilities.
