Lead the charge in AI innovation as the AI Engineering Lead at Thomson Reuters. Empower analysts to harness self-service tools and robust AI agents.
You'll own the foundational engineering processes for a vibrant team of analysts, guiding them in the development of over 60 products. This multifaceted role combines direct building responsibilities, evaluation standards, and infrastructure management to create a highly efficient environment for AI use. Your ability to teach and mentor will enable enhanced performance across the team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain shared AI infrastructure
• Create potent AI agents from initial prototypes
• Define production criteria and evaluation tools
• Address infrastructure gaps in data and context
• Promote knowledge sharing and best practices
Requirements:
• Proven experience in AI engineering (2+ years)
• Strong history of leading organizational change
• 4+ years in a collaborative environment
• Familiarity with AI compliance requirements
• Proficiency in analytics technologies
