Duties & Responsibilities:
  • The Provider Compensation and Medical Group Analyst is responsible for assisting with all accounting and financial functions within the Medical Group.
  • This includes the development, analysis, reporting, and ongoing evaluation of physician compensation models and medical group financial performance.
  • This role partners closely with leadership, operational leaders, and finance teams, to ensure accurate provider compensation administration, financial reporting, productivity analysis, and budgeting support.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a financial analyst role.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare.
  • Prior experience with the Microsoft Office suite of tools is required.
  • Experienced user of software applications necessary to achieve job requirements(ex. Premier- OracleHyperion, Strata Decision, KaufmanHall-Axiom, Epic)
  • Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Preferred Education & Experience: Master's Degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
