    CNO Analyst / Programmer Level 0 TAP Engineering | Hanover, MD | Full Time Clearance Required: Active TS/SCI with Polygraph | Experience: Entry-Level (0-4 Years) | Compensation: $99,000 - $117,000 Position Overview TAP Engineering is seeking a CNO Analyst / Programmer Level 0 to support the design and development of custom software tools and techniques in a mission-focused environment. This role is an excellent opportunity for an early-career engineer with an interest in low-level programming, cyber operations, and cross-platform software development. You will contribute to building end-to-end data flows and tasking within specialized software systems, working alongside experienced engineers to develop, test, and deploy impactful solutions.

    Strong opportunities exist for hands-on technical growth in a highly collaborative team setting.
