About the Role

Talent Corps is seeking an experienced Bilingual Client Workforce Manager to serve as the primary Talent Corps representative at an assigned client job site in Nebraska.

The Client Workforce Manager will oversee all Talent Corps leased employees throughout the duration of the project, ensuring employees are properly onboarded, compliant, productive, and supported while providing exceptional service to both the client and workforce.

This position does not supervise the client's construction operations. Instead, the Client Workforce Manager is responsible for the administration, engagement, compliance, attendance, and performance of Talent Corps field employees assigned to the project.

Key Responsibilities

Workforce Management

  • Serve as the primary Talent Corps representative on-site.
  • Manage all Talent Corps employees assigned to the project.
  • Conduct employee orientations and site onboarding.
  • Verify required hiring and onboarding documentation.
  • Ensure employees have proper PPE, badges, and site access.
  • Monitor attendance and daily headcount.
  • Address tardiness, absenteeism, and employee concerns.
  • Coordinate employee additions, replacements, transfers, and demobilizations.
  • Conduct routine employee check-ins throughout each shift.
  • Maintain an accurate roster of all active Talent Corps employees.

Client Partnership

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client supervisors and project management.
  • Attend daily production or coordination meetings as requested.
  • Receive staffing requests and communicate workforce needs to Talent Corps Recruiting.
  • Resolve workforce-related issues quickly and professionally.
  • Provide regular updates regarding staffing levels, employee performance, attendance, and project needs.
  • Ensure Talent Corps consistently delivers excellent service to the client.

Employee Relations

  • Serve as the first point of contact for Talent Corps employees.
  • Assist employees with payroll, per diem, transportation, scheduling, and other employment-related questions.
  • Communicate effectively with both English- and Spanish-speaking employees.
  • Conduct employee coaching when necessary.
  • Handle disciplinary matters in coordination with Human Resources.
  • Build positive relationships with field employees and promote a professional work environment.

Compliance & Safety

  • Verify employees maintain required certifications and training.
  • Ensure compliance with Talent Corps and client policies.
  • Conduct routine PPE and safety compliance observations.
  • Report workplace injuries immediately and assist with incident documentation.
  • Coordinate post-accident testing and return-to-work processes when applicable.
  • Ensure required employment and compliance documentation remains current.

Administrative Responsibilities

  • Review and approve employee timekeeping.
  • Track employee starts, terminations, transfers, and project assignments.
  • Maintain accurate employee files and project records.
  • Submit daily and weekly workforce reports.
  • Monitor overtime and attendance trends.
  • Assist with workforce forecasting and future project staffing needs.

Recruiting Coordination

  • Communicate current and upcoming manpower requirements to the National Recruiting Team.
  • Provide recruiters with timely feedback regarding employee performance.
  • Recommend high-performing employees for future assignments.
  • Help improve fill rates by identifying and forecasting workforce needs in advance.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in workforce management, staffing, construction operations, field leadership, or a related field.
  • Experience managing large hourly workforces; 50–300+ employees preferred.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish – REQUIRED.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish with employees, supervisors, and clients.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced field environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability and willingness to travel extensively as required by the position.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience with a staffing agency or employee leasing company.
  • Experience in utility-scale solar, industrial construction, or large-scale construction projects.
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred.
  • Experience working with hourly construction trades and field employees.
  • Experience managing employees in a large-scale construction environment.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $75,000 annual salary

Performance Expectations

Success in this position will be measured by:

  • Maintaining 98% or greater client staffing fulfillment.
  • Maintaining employee attendance above 95%.
  • Resolving employee concerns within 24 hours whenever possible.
  • Maintaining 100% timecard accuracy for each payroll cycle.
  • Keeping all required compliance documentation current.
  • Reducing voluntary turnover through proactive employee engagement.
  • Maintaining strong client satisfaction through responsive and professional workforce support.
