  • Troubleshoot electrical circuits and production equipment
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
  • Operate maintenance tools, welding equipment, lifts, forklifts, and other machinery
  • Lead and provide technical guidance to Maintenance Technician I & II team members
  • Respond to equipment breakdowns and maintenance emergencies as needed
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and equipment reliability

What We're Looking For

  • Experience with equipment repair, installation, and maintenance
  • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documents
  • Welding and fabrication experience preferred
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and mentor less experienced technicians

Why You'll Enjoy This Role

  • Work on a wide variety of industrial equipment and systems
  • Take on advanced troubleshooting and leadership responsibilities
  • Opportunity for continued skill development and career advancement
  • Collaborative team environment focused on safety and operational excellence
  • Competitive compensation and overtime opportunities

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and lift throughout the workday
  • Lift up to 50 lbs regularly and heavier loads occasionally
  • Work around machinery, noise, varying temperatures, and elevated work areas
  • Operate forklifts, aerial lifts, and maintenance vehicles as needed
