Job description

About the Role:

The Screening Department Operator plays a crucial role in the durable goods manufacturing process by ensuring that all materials and products meet the highest quality standards before they proceed to the next stage of production. This position involves operating screening equipment, monitoring production lines, and conducting quality checks to identify any defects or inconsistencies. The operator will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of screening results and collaborating with team members to implement improvements in processes. By effectively managing the screening process, the operator contributes to the overall efficiency and reliability of the manufacturing operation. Ultimately, this role is vital in delivering high-quality products that meet customer expectations and regulatory requirements.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Basic understanding of quality control processes and procedures.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience operating screening or similar machinery.
  • Familiarity with durable goods manufacturing processes.
