Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Control Assistant to support our project management. Primarily responsible for supporting senior project control managers with duties such as planning, scheduling, estimation, and budgeting, managing the day-to-day project control processes, and completing all tasks assigned by the Lead Project Control Manager.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist senior project control managers in planning and scheduling projects
  • Participate in cost estimation and budgeting processes
  • Prepare project documentation, reports, and records related to project progress
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope and budget
  • Review and maintain compliance with government regulations and ordinances
  • Utilize relevant software tools for project control


Qualifications

  • 0-2 years of experience in project control or similar roles
  • Effective teamwork and communication skills
  • Basic understanding of project management and control principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)


Preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
  • Familiarity with construction-related documentation, such as submittals, daily reports, and schedules.
  • Effective communication, coordination, and teamwork skills
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Bilingual in English and Korean preferred but not required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment and manage multiple priorities.


Additional Information

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • On-site work required; occasional overtime or weekend work may be necessary based on project needs.
