Key Responsibilities
- Manage a customer portfolio to meet and exceed sales goals
- Develop new business opportunities and expand existing customer accounts
- Build trusted relationships with jewelry retailers
- Present diamond and gemstone collections, new product launches, and custom sourcing solutions
- Educate customers on diamond and gemstone specifications
- Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing, and close profitable sales
- Collaborate with our diamond and gemstone procurement and merchant teams
- Attend Stuller and industry customer events as needed
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline activities
