The SLA Analysis Group's mission is to deliver objective analyses, plans and strategies to US Navy, US Marine Corps, USAF, other DoD, and Australian Defence Force clients to support technology development, acquisition, delivery and sustainment decisions. The group provides the core of SPA thought leadership on Undersea Strategy, Software Development and Cost Estimating, with additional benchmark capabilities in AI/ML & Decision Analytics, Modeling and Simulation, and Future Force Assessments. #MC SPA has a near-term need for an experienced practitioner in DoD activities regarding countering weapons of mass destruction to support our customer in Arlington, VA.

Responsibilities The CWMD Expert leads a team of contractor SMEs providing research, analysis, guidance, recommendations, and other activities in support of DAF CWMD policy development. This team includes multiple geographically separated CMWD advisors to subordinate Air Force headquarters. The CE will consolidate inputs from other DoD and USG agencies to analyze potential implications to Air Force operations, particularly combat sortie generation.

The CE will be familiar with various CBRN modeling and simulation (M&S) tools, and work directly with M&S experts to produce analytic quantitative assessments of various questions and problems. Qualifications Required Qualifications * Master's degree and 10 years technical experience within the CBRN discipline * Top Secret clearance with SCI and sub-compartment eligibility * Recent advanced experience using and tailoring CBRN models in support of operational analysis * Recent experience with AF and DoD counterproliferation and CWMD programs * Recent experience and expertise in Air Force agile combat operations and planning * Top Secret clearance with SCI and sub-compartment eligibility Desired Qualifications * 15 years' experience conducting CWMD / CBRN operational analysis * 5 years' experience within DTRA or Service CWMD staff organization
