- Lead and administer the integrated project risk-management program.
- Establish and maintain risk-management processes, procedures, and governance frameworks.
- Ensure consistent application of risk-management practices across project functions and work packages.
- Integrate risk management with project controls, cost management, schedule management, change management, and project execution.
- Establish risk-management roles, responsibilities, escalation paths, and accountability.
- Facilitate risk reviews, risk workshops, and management discussions.
- Identify, assess, quantify, monitor, and communicate project risks and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain the project risk register.
- Ensure risks are documented with causes, consequences, likelihood, impacts, ownership, and response strategies.
- Identify risk interdependencies and relationships between risks.
- Assign and monitor risk ownership and accountability.
- Perform and/or oversee quantitative cost and schedule risk analyses.
- Develop risk-based cost and schedule models using appropriate quantitative methodologies.
- Evaluate the potential impact of risks on project cost and schedule objectives.
- Conduct probabilistic analysis, scenario modeling, sensitivity analysis, and risk-driver analysis as required.
- Support development of confidence levels, contingency estimates, and management reserve recommendations.
- Work with risk owners to develop practical and measurable risk mitigation strategies.
- Establish mitigation actions, responsible parties, target dates, and expected outcomes.
- Monitor the implementation and effectiveness of mitigation activities.
- Track overdue, ineffective, or deteriorating mitigation actions and escalate significant risks.
- Evaluate residual risk following implementation of mitigation measures.
- Integrate risk management with project planning, scheduling, engineering, procurement, construction, installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Monitor emerging conditions that could create new risks or opportunities.
- Conduct forward-looking assessments of project risk exposure.
- Identify trends and leading indicators that may affect project objectives.
- Assess the impact of major project changes on the existing risk profile.
- Support change-control and management decision processes through risk analysis.
- Evaluate cumulative and interconnected risks across project functions.
- Provide early warning of emerging issues and potential project impacts.
- Prepare periodic risk reports, dashboards, and executive-level risk summaries.
- Present significant risks, opportunities, trends, and mitigation status to project leadership.
- Prepare risk information for formal project reviews and management assessments.
- Communicate significant changes in risk exposure to appropriate stakeholders.
- Develop clear visualizations of risk trends, exposure, mitigation status, and risk drivers.
- Facilitate risk workshops and cross-functional risk reviews.
- Provide guidance and training to project personnel on risk identification, assessment, response planning, and monitoring.
- Promote consistent application of risk-management methodologies across project teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve risk-management processes, tools, and reporting.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Risk Management, Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in project risk management, program management, project controls, or related disciplines.
- Demonstrated experience leading risk-management programs for large-scale, complex, multidisciplinary projects.
- Strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative risk-management methodologies.
- Experience performing cost and schedule risk analysis.
- Experience developing, maintaining, and managing project risk registers.
- Demonstrated ability to identify, assess, quantify, monitor, and mitigate project risks.
- Experience developing risk mitigation strategies and tracking corrective actions.
- Strong understanding of project cost, schedule, engineering, procurement, and execution processes.
- Experience collaborating with project managers, engineering teams, project controls teams, and functional stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze complex data, identify risk trends, and communicate impacts to senior leadership.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience with risk-management tools, project controls systems, scheduling tools, or data-analysis software.

Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree or professional certification in Risk Management, Project Management, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.

- Experience supporting large-scale engineering, infrastructure, technology, research, or industrial projects.
- Experience with quantitative risk analysis tools and Monte Carlo simulation methodologies.
- Experience integrating risk management with cost, schedule, and earned-value management processes.
- Experience supporting major capital projects or complex technical programs.
- Experience developing executive dashboards, risk reports, and decision-support materials.
- Familiarity with industry-standard project risk-management frameworks and best practices.
- Experience with enterprise risk-management, project controls, scheduling, or cost-management platforms.
