  • Lead and administer the integrated project risk-management program.
  • Establish and maintain risk-management processes, procedures, and governance frameworks.
  • Ensure consistent application of risk-management practices across project functions and work packages.
  • Integrate risk management with project controls, cost management, schedule management, change management, and project execution.
  • Establish risk-management roles, responsibilities, escalation paths, and accountability.
  • Facilitate risk reviews, risk workshops, and management discussions.
  • Identify, assess, quantify, monitor, and communicate project risks and opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain the project risk register.
  • Ensure risks are documented with causes, consequences, likelihood, impacts, ownership, and response strategies.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Risk Management, Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in project risk management, program management, project controls, or related disciplines.
  • Demonstrated experience leading risk-management programs for large-scale, complex, multidisciplinary projects.
  • Strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative risk-management methodologies.
  • Experience performing cost and schedule risk analysis.
  • Experience developing, maintaining, and managing project risk registers.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, assess, quantify, monitor, and mitigate project risks.
  • Experience developing risk mitigation strategies and tracking corrective actions.
  • Strong understanding of project cost, schedule, engineering, procurement, and execution processes.
  • Experience collaborating with project managers, engineering teams, project controls teams, and functional stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex data, identify risk trends, and communicate impacts to senior leadership.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Experience with risk-management tools, project controls systems, scheduling tools, or data-analysis software.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced degree or professional certification in Risk Management, Project Management, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
