Customer Service Agent
Customer Service Representative (Full-Time)
Location: SIXT Rent a Car – Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG) Company: Tom Wood Group Employment Type: Full-Time Pay: $17.00–$19.00/hour (based on experience)
Available Shifts:- Sunday–Thursday: 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM
- Friday–Monday (4-day workweek):
- Friday & Saturday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Sunday & Monday: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM
- Monday–Friday: 1:30 PM – 9:00 PM
SIXT Rent a Car, a proud member of the Tom Wood Group, is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to join our full-time team at the Cincinnati Airport location. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, problem-solving, and thriving in a fast-paced environment while delivering a seamless rental experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner and assist with the rental process
- Process reservations, modifications, and vehicle returns
- Educate customers on rental terms, vehicle features, insurance options, and available upgrades
- Conduct vehicle walk arounds before and after rentals to document vehicle condition
- Resolve customer questions, concerns, or complaints with professionalism
- Coordinate with operations to ensure vehicle availability and efficient workflow
- Maintain a clean and organized counter/work area
- Adhere to all company policies, safety procedures, and customer service standards
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior customer service experience preferred (hospitality, retail, or automotive a plus)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Positive attitude with a professional and courteous demeanor
- Ability to remain calm and solution-focused in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
