Job description

Welcome!
The Manager, Field Operations leads the Field Management team by defining objectives, priorities and deadlines required to meet short term goals and objectives. Is responsible for the success of each team member. Typically manages the work efforts of supervisors/individual contributors.
• Allocate daily tasks to crews, brief methods, confirm tool readiness and vehicle load-outs.
• Lead on-site execution, validate steps against MOPs, and manage hold points.
• Check installation quality-mounting torque, alignment, labeling, and functional tests; record values.
• Capture photo/video evidence and ensure required measurements are logged.
• Verify customer contact and site access steps; escalate issues promptly.
• Confirm PM/service tasks executed (functional checks, adjustments, firmware/config updates).
• Coach apprentices and techs on metering/measurement technique and documentation completeness.
• Close work orders with accurate notes, readings, photos, and redlines.
• Escalate abnormal findings (missing parts, facade issues, interference) for immediate action.
• Stage materials and kits for next-day jobs; verify BOM completeness.
Minimum Experience: 6+ years Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
