Life Cycle Engineering seeks an International Country Manager.  In this role, you will directly support the program’s International Program Manager and be responsible for executing individual country related tasks. You will perform as the principal point of contact with the international community to include the US Government International Program Office.  You will be both the voice of the customer to the company and advocacy in support of the company business and financial objectives for the customer.
 

What You Will Do:

  • The Country Manager (CM) will report directly to the International Program Manager and will act as the principal point of contact with the international community to include the US Government International Program Office.
  • Responsible for generating new business for post-production support and ancillary services.
  • The CM will coordinate, facilitate, and assist the International Program Manager in the conduct of activities performed by Product Line functional organizations in direct support of country requests received through International Program Office.
  • Prepare and facilitate Program Management Reviews (PMR) and annual Working Group/User Review events, functioning as the liaison to answer technical, sustainment and business-related questions from the International Customer(s).
  • The CM must independently manage demanding deadlines, balance priorities, and successfully manage cultural sensitivities of USG and International Customers.
  • Responsible for International Foreign Military  and Direct Commercial Sales Sustainment activities.
  • Up to 25% international and domestic travel per program(s) requirement.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 year’s experience.
  • Experience with customer or supplier relationship management. 
  • Active and transferrable final U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date with the ability to obtain program access after start. US citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance. 
     

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Experience with ITAR licensing requirements.
  • Familiarity with management of program support, subcontractor oversight.
  • Background in Finance related activities.
  • Risk and Opportunity management experience
  • Experience with Raytheon RLPM processes.
  • Experience in PRISM for Purchase Order management.
  • Program Management Level certification 7.
  • Contract management.
  • Proficient with Raytheon tools: cPDM, SAP  
  • Raytheon EVM certification.
  • BOE Certified.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
