Job description

Join a high-visibility program management team focused on partner onboarding and content operations for a fast-growing streaming content platform. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complex cross-functional work, improving operational workflows, and helping partners launch successfully across international markets.

Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end partner onboarding efforts, stepping in to resolve non-standard situations and escalations as needed
  • Serve as a primary operational point of contact for partner issues related to content pipelines, metadata, feeds, and payment workflows
  • Participate in external partner meetings to explain technical integration requirements and self-service tooling capabilities
  • Partner with business, product, and engineering teams to keep onboarding projects moving and remove blockers
  • Track engineering issues on behalf of partners, provide clear context, and help drive resolution timelines
  • Identify recurring partner pain points and translate them into actionable tool or process improvement ideas
  • Build and maintain reporting mechanisms for onboarding progress, partner health, and trend analysis
  • Support international expansion readiness, including localization, rights verification, payment setup, and quality checks
  • Facilitate regular partner check-ins and coordinate follow-up actions through to completion
  • Prepare clear status updates and written summaries for leadership on risks, progress, and operational priorities
Skills
  • 5+ years of experience in program management, project management, or a related operations role
  • Experience managing cross-functional work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Background in content operations, partner onboarding, or platform enablement at scale
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present information clearly
  • Ability to organize priorities, manage multiple projects, and follow through on details
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving environment where processes may need to be built or improved
  • Ability to translate operational issues into practical next steps for internal teams and partners
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with content delivery pipelines, feed management, or streaming media operations
  • Familiarity with international partner coordination across multiple time zones and regions
  • Exposure to self-service tools, product feedback loops, or operational tooling improvements
  • Experience building tracking, reporting, or workflow mechanisms from the ground up
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across business, product, and engineering functions
  • Strong analytical mindset and a proactive approach to resolving issues before they escalate
