    Department Description

    The Salesforce Innovation Center (SIC) delivers executive experiences that inspire C-suite leaders to envision their AI-powered future - deepening trust, accelerating deals, and positioning Salesforce as the definitive partner for Agentic transformation.

    Role Description

    The role of the Strategy Manager is to help manage the Salesforce Innovation Center (SIC) briefings and events, fostering a strategic relationship with sales, products, and our Executives to deliver amazing customer experiences at our Innovation Center in Chicago. As part of the planning process, the Strategy Manager will strategize with the Account Team to align goals to meeting content and select appropriate speakers to ensure the Sales & Customer goals are achieved. This position requires strong analytical, organizational, and coordination skills and the ability to communicate to and work with Executive Management, Sales Management, and other critical organizations to ensure the success of these meetings in this dynamic & fast-paced environment.

    Responsibilities
    • Manage & ensure the success of customer briefings at our Chicago Innovation Center
    • Serve as main point of contact for Account Teams throughout the planning cycle and during briefings
    • Strategize with Account Teams on agenda, meeting flow, Subject Matter Experts, content, etc.
    • Work closely with Account Teams to gain an understanding of Customer and Sales objectives
    • Identify, secure and prepare Salesforce executives for their SIC briefings and SIC briefings at our conferences
    • Work with Subject Matter Experts on product positioning and strategy for briefings
    • Work within SIC team to manage all logistics - request management, room/speaker scheduling, catering coordination, room readiness
    Required Skills and Experience
    • 4-6 years of relevant professional experience
    • Experience in facilitating meetings, project/program management, and executive presence
    • Adaptability to frequent change
    • Strong background delivering customer success
    • Consultative background and strategic mindset
    • Exceptional communication, organizational skills (must be very detail-oriented) and professionalism
    • Strong multi-tasking skills
    • Ability to adjust to changing priorities and handle multiple projects at once
    • Excellent Written and oral communication skills
    • Commitment to customer satisfaction & attention to detail
    Preferred Skills and Experience
    • Functional experience in sales meetings and/or executive briefings is a plus
    • Familiarity with Salesforce corporate strategy and sales processes
    • Familiarity in using the Salesforce application and exposure to the executive briefing process
    • Ideal Candidate has Sales/Customer-facing experience

    The typical base salary range for this position is $117,400 - $177,600 annually. The range represents base salary only, and does not include company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity or benefits, as applicable.
