    • Lead on large, complex initiatives which span across multiple delivery teams and involve multiple stakeholder groups.
    • Collaborate closely with engineering, quality assurance, delivery management, infrastructure, and architecture to ensure product development is achieving the desired vision, strategy, and business goals.
    • Engage business stakeholders and leadership to shape organizational priorities, secure investment, and align product strategy with enterprise goals. Act as an escalation and conflict resolution point for collaborators and senior leaders within the business unit and technology.
    • Define success metrics and objectives at the product portfolio level.
    • Advocate for Agile methodologies within and outside of Technology and across product lines, influencing key team members to embrace Agile principles that drive value and enhance delivery.
    • Proactively identifies long-term risks and potential future threats, adjusting long-term planning, forecasting, and roadmap initiatives to mitigate risks and ensure business continuity.
    • Translate high-level business strategies into compelling cases for technology investment, balancing anticipated business outcomes with projected total cost of ownership.
    • Play an active role in the Sage product management community by leading central initiatives across teams, providing peer mentorship, and introducing new ideas and techniques to drive the product management practice forward.
    • Lead and coordinate change initiatives that span departments, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals. Engage collaborators across all levels to manage resistance, drive adoption, and secure broad organizational support for key product initiatives.
