- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business processes and gather detailed requirements for Sage Intacct ERP projects.
- Analyze current workflows and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Documentation:
- Create comprehensive and clear documentation of business processes, functional specifications, and user requirements.
- Maintain updated documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Project Coordination:
- Collaborate with project managers and team members to coordinate project activities and timelines.
- Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring adherence to schedules.
- User Training and Support:
