Inventory Control Associate Job Details:
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:45 PM (OT required daily; up to 5:30 PM and Saturdays as needed)
  • Pay Rate: $18-$20/hr (based upon experience & increase upon conversion)
Inventory Control Associate Job Description:
  • Operate cherry picker/order picker and other forklifts (must be comfortable with heights)
  • Use handheld RF scanners to scan, move, and audit product inventory
  • Perform cycle counts, bin/location checks, and style/put-away audits
  • Accurately place and verify product quality labels
  • Routinely lift up to 75 lbs and maintain warehouse cleanliness
  • Foster a team-first culture—pitch in wherever needed!
Inventory Control Associate Job Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be 18+ with reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift 75+ lbs regularly
  • Previous forklift or warehouse equipment experience required
  • Familiarity with RF scanners or inventory systems preferred
  • Strong attendance, positive attitude, and team-player mindset
