Job Summary:
Info Way Solutions is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead programs and projects related to Office 365, messaging, and email security. The role involves planning, conducting, and deploying projects to address business problems and meet project management requirements and standards.
Responsibilities:
• Provides leadership for programs and projects management related to Office 365, messaging, and email security related projects
• Plans, conducts and deploys projects to address business problems, to meet project management requirements, and standards
• Supports the execution of projects related to messaging and email security
• Drives and motivates program/project team members
Qualifications:
Required:
• 5+ years of experience in technical project management, or similar technical leadership role
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information technology, Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
• This position requires that the candidate selected be a U.S. citizen or green card holder.
• You will have experience managing projects for enterprise
• Experience in Microsoft technology such as Microsoft 365, Exchange online, Teams and security related projects will be advantageous
• You love working within an enterprise and value the larger team- have a strong work ethic and high character
• You have experience managing the delivery of solutions to enterprise customers
• You are organized, proactive, and self-driven
• You are a confident communicator and are comfortable presenting. Having relevant interpersonal skills, ability to network and build relationships are essential to success in this role.
• You will be able to drive subject matter experts, and/or managers of products/services
• Certifications in IT disciplines will also be highly advantageous, including Project Management (PMI/PMP, PRINCE2 or Scrum), Six Sigma Black Belt, Service Management, or Adoption and Change Management (e.g. Prosci).
Preferred:
• 10+ years of experience with IT project management and deployment from conception to delivery
• Bachelors degree in business administration, Information technology, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience
• Experience managing programs or multiple projects and collaborating with managers of products/services or technical engineers to secure resources, scope efforts, set priorities and milestones, and drive delivery
• Experience working independently, and with a global team across different time zones – being flexible to meet the demanding needs of a large enterprise
• Technical Specifications managing large-scale enterprise programs and projects and writing public technical specifications
• Comfort and experience with cross-team communication; excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be able to drive subject matter experts, and/or managers of products/services to meet project timelines and meet standards for project quality
• Certifications in IT disciplines such as Project Management (PMI/PMP, PRINCE2 or Scrum), Six Sigma Black Belt, Service Management, or Adoption and Change Management (e.g. Prosci).
