Skills and responsibilities:
• Automotive infotainment product understanding
• Relevant experience in troubleshooting issues reported from field
• Available to travel to dealers location (local USA) to capture logs
• Able to follow guidelines and extract SW logs and captures DTCs. Possess strong diagnostics and technical aptitude.
• Able to articulate customer reported issue. Add relevant technical information and create Trouble Report
• Experience in interfacing OEM and Dealer
• Reporting weekly status to OEM stakeholders and internal team
• Interface with Quality team for sharing customer issues, get feedback and highlight priority/pressing customer issues
• Aware of processes such 5D, 5Whys, etc.
