Title: .NET Production Support Engineer
Location: Pennington, NJ - 3 days onsite
.NET Production Support Engineer with our client in the financial industry located in Pennington, NJ.
Responsibilities:
Play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and uninterrupted operation of .NET-based applications
Responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues to maintain optimal system performance and availability
Proactively monitor system performance and identify potential issues using various tools and techniques
Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to .NET applications, databases, and infrastructure components
Analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify root causes of issues
Respond to and manage incidents in a timely and efficient manner
Coordinate with development, testing, and other teams to resolve issues and prevent recurrence
Coordinate and implement software and security patch updates
Test and deploy patches to ensure compatibility and minimize disruption
Create and maintain detailed documentation for troubleshooting procedures, system configurations, and knowledge base articles
Participate in on-call support rotations to provide 24/7 coverage
Respond to urgent issues and escalations as needed
