Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce development, Java, and Kafka, with a minimum of 6 years of experience. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on large-scale Salesforce implementations, lead end-to-end case migration, and execute successful migration of cases from ServiceNow to Salesforce.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, design, and deploy Apex classes, triggers, LWC, and batch jobs.
  • Execute successful migration of cases from ServiceNow to Salesforce, ensuring data integrity, proper field mapping, and validation to maintain seamless business operations.
  • Lead end-to-end case migration and execute large-scale data migration and design data validation.
  • Use different data tools like Apex Data Loader and applications like Work Bench.
  • Develop Reports and Dashboards.
  • Prepare Unit Test cases, Design and requirement document.
  • Communicate regularly with clients regarding project status, upcoming Salesforce features, and recommendations for future enhancements, ensuring continuous value delivery.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentoring to the development team in designing scalable and efficient solutions.
  • Work on UI customization.

Required Technical Skills:
