    Job Description:
    OVERVIEW:
    We are seeking a Senior Network Engineer to support and enhance a complex enterprise network environment. This role is focused on LAN/WAN infrastructure, advanced troubleshooting, and direct customer interaction. The ideal candidate is highly technical, proactive, and comfortable leading initiatives while serving as a key point of contact for network-related issues.
    GENERAL DUTIES:
    • Provide advanced troubleshooting and support across LAN/WAN network environments
    • Serve as a primary interface with customers, clearly communicating technical issues, updates, and resolutions
    • Lead network upgrades, migrations, and implementation projects from planning through execution
    • Support and maintain network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, availability, and security
    • Utilize network monitoring tools to proactively identify and resolve issues
    • Coordinate and manage ticket queues, ensuring timely resolution and proper escalation when needed
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support network-related initiatives and incident response
    • Document network configurations, procedures, and changes

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience OR Master's degree with 6+ years of experience
    • DoD IAT Level II certification
    • CCNA certification required
    • Strong experience supporting and troubleshooting complex network environments
    • Deep expertise in LAN/WAN technologies and network protocols
    • Hands-on experience with Cisco networking technologies
    • Experience working in Juniper environments or supporting migrations from Juniper to Cisco
    • Proven ability to lead network implementation and upgrade efforts
    • Experience with network monitoring, maintenance, and ticketing systems
    • Strong communication skills and experience working directly with customers

    DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
    • CCNP certification
    • Experience in enterprise or government environments
    • Familiarity with network security concepts and best practices

    CLEARANCE:
    • Active TS/SCI clearance required
