    Job description

    OVERVIEW: Our Senior Consultant mentors, develops, and coaches our team members while shaping and leading projects, developing relationships with clients, and contributing to business development in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. GENERAL DUTIES: * Guide project work through creative and diligent project planning, crafting project approaches, assigning roles and responsibilities,this work includes crafting project approaches, assigning roles and responsibilities, monitoring success and managing risks, and discussing needs and options with clients. * Efficiently design, develop, and produce high-quality deliverables using proven methodologies and frameworks. * Lead data-gathering efforts (i.e., interviews, surveys, or other quantitative and qualitative data collection/analysis) and stakeholder engagement activities. * Design, facilitate, and manage client strategy sessions and operational review meetings. * Conduct outstanding analyses and write reports to synthesize the outputs of major interactions in concise documents. * Serve as lead subject matter expert during the development of proposals, which includes writing content and advising on approaches. * Develop relationships with clients and stakeholders to support the project outcomes and inform follow-on work or new work opportunities. * Identify future needs of existing clients (beyond current project outcomes) and work with leadership to develop approaches for securing work. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Bachelor's degree * Minimum 6 years of relevant consulting or project management experience. * Project Leadership: Proven ability to design and lead project approaches, define success criteria, manage risks, and deliver high-quality outputs. * Client Engagement: Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills; experienced in leading strategy sessions, data-gathering, and client relationship development. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Master's degree * Additional consulting-related education/certifications (i.e PMP, Lean Six Sigma, Prosci) * Demonstrated experience working within or in support of the Defense Security Enterprise, with a strong understanding of its policies, frameworks, and operational priorities * Strong relationship management skills and the ability to build, manage, and sustain professional relationships with diverse stakeholders. * Business development experience in a consulting environment, including supporting capture efforts, contributing to proposals, and cultivating client relationships to expand engagement opportunities CLEARANCE: * TS/SCI minimum
