We are looking to fill multiple openings for our contact center agent position.

What You’ll Do
- Outbound Calling: Make 200+ outbound calls daily to introduce products and services.
- Customer Engagement: Utilize relationship-building techniques to engage potential customers effectively.
- Product Knowledge: Continuously expand your understanding of offerings to expertly address customer inquiries and provide tailored solutions.
- Quote Generation & Transfer: Highlight the value of working with licensed agents to drive quote requests and seamlessly transfer qualified leads.
- Quota Achievement: Meet or exceed daily call quotas while ensuring high-quality, positive interactions.
