What You’ll Do
- Outbound Calling: Make 200+ outbound calls daily to introduce products and services.
- Customer Engagement: Utilize relationship-building techniques to engage potential customers effectively.
- Product Knowledge: Continuously expand your understanding of offerings to expertly address customer inquiries and provide tailored solutions.
- Quote Generation & Transfer: Highlight the value of working with licensed agents to drive quote requests and seamlessly transfer qualified leads.
- Quota Achievement: Meet or exceed daily call quotas while ensuring high-quality, positive interactions.
What We’re Looking For
-High-Volume Calling Experience: Background in outbound/inbound sales, telemarketing, or call centers.
- Metrics-Driven: Proven success in meeting and exceeding performance targets.
- Team Player: Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the broader sales team.
- Strong Communication: Ability to build rapport, handle objections, and persuade prospects to proceed with a quote.
