Why You'll Love This Role
  • Own high-impact work. Lead an annual capital portfolio up to $20MM, shaping major investments from concept through start-up.
  • See your results on the floor. Your projects will directly influence safety, food safety, quality, environmental performance, and business growth.
  • Lead with influence. Partner across all levels-from plant teams to executives-and bring cross-functional groups to alignment through strong facilitation and "over communication."
  • Big ambitions welcome. You'll solve complex problems, build options, and move bold projects forward - without losing the people-first feel of a culture that values teamwork.

About the Role
The Senior Capital Engineering Project Manager provides engineering project management and technical services to support manufacturing facilities. • Partner with cross-functional teams and executives to align on project goals, plans, and priorities - communicating early and often.
  • Ensure all projects meet safety, food safety, quality, environmental, regulatory, and GMP standards.
  • Identify and deliver capital projects that reduce cost, improve operations, and support long-term business strategy.

  • Strong knowledge across multiple engineering and construction disciplines, plus plant operations.
  • Ability to build and lead effective project teams (internal and external) to define scope and deliver results.
  • Strong analytical, scheduling, and planning skills; comfort making decisions with limited information.

Preferred
  • Processing/manufacturing experience.
  • Graduate studies in business, management, or engineering.
  • PMP certification and/or PE license.

Location & Travel
  • Location: Lakeville, MN (Hybrid)
  • Travel: Significant travel (30-50%) will be required to support project management activities across facilities.

Ready to Make an Impact?
If you're energized by complex challenges, motivated by seeing real-world results, and ready to lead major capital projects that improve how we work and what we make, we'd love to meet you! Here is where you fit in.
