    About the Role & TeamWe are looking to expand our Media Sales team supporting theScore. This role will play a key role in expanding the media sales footprint, specifically in New York City Metro Area, leveraging direct ad sales product suite, sales rep skills and existing local network. You will partner with Sales leadership whose main office is based in Toronto.
    About the Work
    • Formulate and execute a sales strategy to develop a pipeline, acquire new partnerships and grow existing partnerships
    • Maintain relationships with agencies and brands direct, understanding their objectives to advise and influence buying decisions
    • Prioritize in person hosting, presenting, and networking opportunities
    • Educate prospects on the unique value of theScore through in-person and/or virtual meetings
    • Develop a media recommendation from agency/brand campaign briefs, defining appropriate objectives and advising the internal team on deliverables
    • Execute campaign management strategies, to ensure campaign KPIs are reached
    • Engage in relationship building events, including client entertainment to establish our brand and solutions to help drive sales
    • Maintain and grow assigned territory revenue making sure to deliver on sales goals
    • Other duties as required

    About You
    • 2+ years of digital advertising sales or relevant experience
    • Established media agency/brand relationships
    • Proven track record of reaching sales targets and revenue goals
    • Strong knowledge of digital media environment
    • Excellent relationship building skills
    • Experienced presenter
    • Excellent communicator, written and verbal
    • In-depth understanding of advertising technologies, digital content, and industry dynamics
    • Detail-oriented, assertive self-starter, resourceful researcher

    What We Offer
    • The On-Target-Earnings (OTE) is $200K+ for this role, this includes base salary, as well as group and individual commission incentive.
