Job Summary

The Design Project Manager for the Accounting Vertical will lead day to day Design team activities for the CPA Site Solutions product line. The Design Project Manager will manage the inbound custom design queues and help with the creation of website designs. 


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Help manage day-to-day activities of the design team including design queue scheduling, communicating and improving processes, performance, quality expectations, and updates, etc.
  • Participate in the design and coding activities of the Client Facing work for the Accounting Vertical.
  • Assigning work for incoming Cases and Projects from within Salesforce.
  • Constantly work with team to evolve the custom workflows, process and wireframe models for custom design.
  • Liaison between the design team, sales and support teams, helping the other teams understand how to sell and communicate design
  • Actively involved in design discussions and critiques to help improve product.
  • Help with marketing projects and print collateral as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned by management

Key Skills, Knowledge and Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of professional experience in design project management, web design, digital design, or a related field, including experience managing projects, workflows, priorities, and cross-functional collaboration. 
  • A BA/BFA in design (or equivalent training)
  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (CS) Applications and Microsoft Office
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Saleforce.com
  • Responsive web design experience.
  • Familiarity with jQuery and JS.
  • Experience working in the MS Windows environment 

Physical/Mental Requirements for the Job:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting
  • May be requested to work overtime and weekends if deemed necessary
  • Must be able to lift at least 20 pounds
  • Certain management positions might be required to occasional travel
