Date Posted: 2026-01-20 Country: United States of America Location: OTPAH: Pennsylvania Home Offices Remote Location, Remote City, PA, 06032 USA The Otis Service Center is looking for a Field Engineer Technical Consultant for the Otis ROLE Engineer. The position aims to enhance field productivity and efficiency using advanced technologies, improve elevator performance by minimizing callbacks and repairs, optimize key individual/resource utilization in the service business, and lower maintenance costs through quicker problem resolution and reduced material usage. On a typical day you will: Provide troubleshooting, adjustment, and repair support and guidance to field offices for both Otis and non-Otis's products Manage product/component upgrades, repairs, retrofits, and developing technical information What you will need to be successful: BS degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required 5+ years of Otis / Elevator industry experience Field experience is a must Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot and repair various elevator products including the ability to do so remotely Additional Comments: Given the nature of the position, applicants must have authorization to work in the U.S.
