    What You'll Get to Do
    The Sales Solutions Specialist III is a senior, customer-focused professional responsible for processing sales and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role serves as the primary contact for a select group of customers, fostering account growth and satisfaction. You will act as a liaison between customers and CRL's internal departments, ensuring customer needs are met.
    Job Responsibilities
    Customer experience
    • Deliver world-class customer service, managing order management, quote turnaround, and inquiry response times.
    • Listen to customer needs, demonstrate empathy, and provide troubleshooting assistance.
    • Document customer interactions in ERP and maintain effective communication.
    • Provide accurate quotations and meet SLA for quote turnaround.
    • Follow up with customers to maintain and establish account assignments

    Technical competency
    • Possess high-level technical knowledge of products, services, and procedures.
    • Understand bid requests through specifications/drawings and product compatibility.
    • Stay updated with new product launches and adhere to outlined procedures.
    • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in your product group.

    Cross functional interaction
    • Communicate effectively on behalf of customers and provide valuable feedback.
    • Support the sales team in achieving sales targets and KPIs.
    • Demonstrate a closing ratio greater than 30% on all quotes.

    What We are Looking For
    • High School diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
    • Ability to work at a fast pace and manage inquiries and follow-up tasks.
    • Knowledge of pricing, margins, and negotiating skills.
    • Understanding of glass systems and effective navigation of CRL's website and business software.
    • Excellent customer service skills, critical thinking, and independent problem-solving abilities.
