Job Title: RN - Renal/Med Surg Unit - Travel Contract
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Type: Travel Contract
Shift: Night Shift | 3x12-Hour
Duration: 8 Weeks
Schedule: 36 Hours/Week | Every 3rd Weekend + Holiday Commitment

Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Registered Nurse (RN) for an exciting Travel or Local job in Cincinnati, OH.

Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive nursing care to renal and medical surgical patients
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
Monitor and care for kidney transplant patients throughout recovery
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
Assist with peritoneal dialysis and specialized renal care procedures
Monitor vital signs, patient condition, and telemetry when required
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and post-discharge care
Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Follow ANA standards, Ohio Nurse Practice Act, and facility policies

Required Qualifications
Active Ohio RN License or Compact RN License
BLS Certification (AHA required)
Diploma of Nursing required
Strong Med Surg and/or Renal nursing experience
Ability to work night shifts and float as required
Strong communication and critical thinking skills

Preferred Qualifications
BSN preferred
Prior renal or transplant unit experience preferred
Experience with peritoneal dialysis preferred
