    Business Analyst (Advanced)

    Location: Tallahassee, Florida
    Duration: 1-Month Contract (Possible Extension)
    Work Type: Contract

    Position Overview

    We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst (Advanced) to support technical analysis and product delivery initiatives related to the AASHTOWare product suite. This role will serve as a critical liaison between business stakeholders and technical product teams, helping to align business objectives with technical solutions and implementation strategies.

    The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in IT product delivery, technical analysis, system integrations, business process documentation, and enterprise solution planning within complex government or enterprise environments.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide technical analysis and support for the AASHTOWare product suite
    • Document current-state business processes and system interactions
    • Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical specifications
    • Prepare impact assessments, technical recommendations, and solution responses
    • Analyze existing customizations for compatibility with SaaS migration strategies
    • Collaborate with product teams on upgrades, enhancements, integrations, and implementations
    • Serve as liaison between business offices and technical/product teams
    • Support software product delivery through planning, implementation, testing, and stabilization
    • Coordinate release schedules, product roadmaps, and enhancement priorities
    • Facilitate communication between business users, developers, enterprise architects, and stakeholders
    • Assist with prototyping, testing, validation, and post-deployment support activities
    • Translate business requirements into actionable development tasks and acceptance criteria

    Required Qualifications
