The ideal candidate:  
The ideal candidate will be skilled in all stations of the kitchen line and capable of leading operations in the Sous Chef’s absence. This role requires a hands-on leader who maintains high culinary standards while supporting and mentoring fellow team members. 

Primary Responsibilities: 

  • Proficiently cook and manage every station on the line. 

  • Assist and support other cooks to ensure smooth kitchen operations. 

  • Oversee and run the line when the Sous Chef is unavailable. 

  • Follow recipes and maintain consistency in food preparation and presentation. 

  • Ensure food quality meets company standards while staying within budget. 

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment. 

  • Exhibit strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 

  • Demonstrate effective problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced setting. 

  • Foster teamwork, communication, and a positive work culture. 

  • Uphold safety, sanitation, and food handling standards at all times. 

Qualifications: 

  • Proven experience as a Line or Lead Cook in a high-volume kitchen.

Physical Job Requirement
