As an Estimator - Tunnel your key responsibilities will be to lead the thorough review of the contract plans, specifications, and other documents for the bid, ensuring we know everything required to successfully bid, win and execute the project. This position will develop pricing, solicit quotations from major subcontractors and suppliers, and review estimates with management. It is essential to have strong attention to detail, effective time management skills and be willing to work independently.

What it takes:
  • 5+ years of experience working on tunneling and/or heavy civil projects
  • Estimating experience in tunneling and/or heavy civil is desired
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field is desired but not required
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with HCSS, Primavera P6, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam is desired
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%
