Job Description:
  • We are looking for a highly motivated Strategy & Operations Program Manager to join the Cloud Marketing team. This role sits at the intersection of program management, strategic planning, and operational excellence. You will partner closely with leadership to drive cross-functional initiatives, streamline processes, and enable data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable managing execution details, shaping communications for executives, and supporting annual planning and performance reporting.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning & Operations:
    • Support annual and quarterly planning cycles, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
    • Partner with leadership to translate strategic priorities into clear operational plans.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement and scale operational best practices across the team.
  • Program & Project Management:
    • Lead cross-functional projects spanning training rollouts, marketing-wide initiatives, and stakeholder-driven deliverables.
    • Ensure timelines, dependencies, and risks are well managed, with clear reporting back to leadership.
    • Balance execution excellence with strategic foresight in program delivery.
  • Data & Reporting:
    • Own operational reporting across monthly and quarterly business reviews.
    • Track and analyze KPIs, marketing performance, and creative program impact.
    • Manage clean, structured data repositories; support dashboard development in tools such as Looker and BigQuery.
    • Contribute to budget tracking, reconciliation, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Executive & Business Communications:
    • Develop compelling, executive-ready decks in Slides that tell a crisp, data-driven story.
    • Facilitate communications with cross-functional teams, leadership, and external agencies.
    • Draft business updates, memos, and strategic narratives to support program rollouts.
  • Innovation & Automation:
    • Leverage AI tools to enhance workflows, automate reporting, and accelerate deck building.
    • Advocate for new tools and practices that drive operational efficiency.

Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in strategy & operations, program management, or consulting, preferably in tech or marketing.
  • Proven track record supporting annual planning, performance reporting, and operational rigor.
  • Strong proficiency in Slides with ability to craft executive-level presentations and data storytelling.
  • Experience in cross-functional stakeholder management and communications.
  • Familiarity with SQL, BigQuery, or dashboarding tools; able to analyze and synthesize data for decision-making.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to juggle competing priorities.
