    Job description

    Job Summary:
    Mercury Systems is seeking a Systems Engineer to assist in the development of the next-generation of Mercury's industry-leading edge processing solutions. In this role, you will be supporting Mixed Signal and Electronic Warfare product lines, RF Systems, embedded systems, and Space programs. You'll be working in a matrix organization on multi-disciplined engineering teams while collaborating with program management, operations, and our leadership to meet customer needs.
    Required Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's Science degree or higher in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) discipline.
    • Typically requires 4 + years of Systems Engineering experience with requirements, integration, verification and validation.
    • Experience with RF and Mixed Signal, ADC and DAC, heterogenous (FPGA and SoC) processing applications.
    • Experience executing System Engineering activities such as translating stakeholder needs in the form of operational concept development, functional/physical architecture definition, requirements development, interface definition, verification and validation, technical baseline management, and transition to production.
    • Experience in Systems Engineering execution as part of an IPT throughout the complete program lifecycle.
    • Ability to travel, up to 20% of the time.
    • This position requires you to have or be able to obtain a government security clearance. Security clearances may only be granted to U.S. citizens.

    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Master's degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) discipline.
    • Active DoD Secret clearance (or higher) at time of application.
    • Design experience.
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
    • Familiarity with high-performance RF and digital processing solutions as applied to radar and Electronic Warfare systems.
    • Applied experience with Model Based Systems Engineering, with Cameo Enterprise Architect and SysML modeling.
    • Experience with Jama, Confluence, Jira, Bitbucket.
