    About the Role

    CoverMyMeds is seeking aDirector, Product Management - Specialty EHRto lead a team of product managers responsible for EHR connectivity and delivery of integrated specialty capabilities that sit at the core of provider workflows. This role reports to theSr. Director of Specialty Provider Strategyand is a key member of theSpecialty Product Suite leadership team.

    This is asenior peopleleader rolewith accountability for setting clear product direction, developing strong product talent, and driving disciplined execution across a complex EHRfocused portfolio. The Director will balance strategy with handson leadership-partnering closely with engineering, operations, commercial, and customerfacing teams to deliver scalable, reliable integrations that create measurable value for providers, biopharma partners, and the business.

    What You'll Do

    AsDirector, Product Management - Specialty EHR, you will own the vision, outcomes, and evolution of our EHR connectivity for Specialty Access and Affordability Services. You will:

    • Set and lead a clear product vision and strategyfor EHR connectivity, implementation, andhypercarecapabilities, aligned to Specialty Provider strategy and enterprise priorities.

    • Establish and maintain an integrated roadmapthat balances nearterm delivery commitments with longterm platform, interoperability, and scalability investments.

    • Drive modern EHR integration approaches, including APIfirst design, FHIRbased standards, eventdriven architectures, and scalable onboarding models that improve speed, reliability, and partner experience.

    • Partner deeply with engineering and operationsto ensure solutions are secure, performant, scalable, and supportable across a diverse EHR ecosystem.

    • Enable consistent deployment and operational readiness, prioritizing synergy across CoverMyMeds products, reducing duplication, and ensuring efficient support models.

    • Lead, coach, and develop a team of product managers, establishing strong product management practices, clear accountability for outcomes, and meaningful career growth

    • Own integrated product P&L, ROI, and TAM penetrationfor assigned product lines, with a clear focus on value creation and sustainable growth.

    Skills You'll Need

    • Degree or equivalent experience. Typically requires 12+ years of professional experience and 4+ years of management experience.

    • Deep product management experience building and scaling technical products, ideally within healthcare, EHRs, or other regulated technology environments.

    • Demonstrated experience deliveringEHR integrations and interoperability solutions, such as APIs, FHIR, HL7, SMART on FHIR, or comparable modern connectivity approaches.

    • Strong understanding of Agile and modern software delivery practices, and how to apply them effectively across multiple teams and dependencies.

    • Experience withfinancial ownership, including P&L management, ROI analysis, and portfoliolevel prioritization decisions.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Strategic thinker who can translate market insight and customer needs into clear, actionableproduct direction.

    • Experience experimenting with and scaling AI-enabled ways of working and product experiences, with a pragmatic approach to value realization, risk, and change management

    • Strong financial and business acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and investment tradeoff analysis.

    • Experience leading platform or ecosystem products that integrate with external partners (e.g., EHR vendors, provider systems, payers/health plans).

    • Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, lead change, and influence across a matrixed organization.

    • Executivelevel communication skills, with comfort engaging customers, partners, and senior leadership.

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations.     $137,300 - $228,800
