    Job description

    Mayvin is seeking a Program Analyst/Action Officer - NAVSEA to provide strategic programmatic, technical, and acquisition guidance directly supporting a Navy Program Manager across a complex portfolio of manned and unmanned Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) projects. The ideal candidate will possess a distinguished background in Navy program management, with demonstrated success in creating simple solutions to complex technical problems, generating acquisition strategies, and developing, justifying, and managing high-visibility budgets. We are looking for a proactive, strategic leader who can break down silos across cross-functional organizations, champion continuous process improvement, and directly ensure the operational success of vital national security assets. Must be a U.S. Citizen. Must have an active Secret Clearance. Responsibilities : * Provide critical support assisting the Program Manager and Asst Program Manager run all aspects of their program * Support the generation of acquisition plans and strategies * Develop cost estimates, budgets, and schedules * Help coordinate cross-functional teams from government and industry to facilitate the delivery of reliable, scalable technical solutions * Develop and propose Course Of Actions (COAs) and recommendations * Draft and prepare briefings, staffing plans, monthly reviews * Track actions/minutes and maintain continuity of accountability * Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather requirements, align priorities, and support milestone achievement * Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across DoW and industry to inform capability development and milestone planning
