    • Drive alignment across cross-functional teams, including photonics design, analog design, packaging, planning/supply management, DVT, qual, and finance
    • Coordinate and deconflict multiple concurrent workstreams to ensure on-time, on-budget, and on-spec delivery
    • Manage key program milestones including:
    oTest and evaluation
    oReliability qualification
    oCustomer sampling
    oProduction acceptance and ramp
    • Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks, ensuring transparency and proactive issue resolution
    • Provide clear, structured program communication and reporting to various stakeholders such as: engineering, operations, and executive leadership
    • Drive clarity across schedules, material readiness, and operational priorities
    What Makes This Role Unique
    • Ownership extends beyond a single ASIC tapeout to complex, multi-disciplined system delivery
    • Direct impact on cutting-edge optical technologies enabling next-generation cloud and AI infrastructure
    • High visibility role with regular engagement with senior executives and technical leaders
    What You Can Expect
    • Lead design engineering program management of subsystems to be incorporated into custom solutions for hyper-scale cloud data center customers
    • Own end-to-end program delivery, including initiation, strategic planning, tracking, and execution of complex optical programs
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, plan overall validation strategies, and ensure customer support
    • Drive functional teams in debug and issue resolution
    • Monitor and control project execution to maintain a healthy balance of schedule, quality, and cost against the plan of record
    • Communicate effectively with engineering, management, and executive stakeholders
    • Proactively identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate issues as needed to drive resolution
    • Interface with corporate program management office

    What We're Looking For
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field (Master's or PhD a plus)
