    PLEX Solutions, A Part of Markon is looking for an AI Product Manager - SME, to support a program in the Annapolis Junction, MD area.

    Responsibilities

    AI Product Manager will provide both strategic and operational guidance to teams developing AI-enabled solutions.

    Qualifications
    • Active TS/SCI W/ Polygraph 
    • Minimum of 18 years experience with a Bachelors Degree (OR) 15 years experience with a Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, or related field
    • Experience in product management, technical program support, capability delivery, or requirements management in a goverment, defense or complex enterprise environment.
    • Demonstrated ability to work with technical teams building software, data, AI, or digital solutions.
    • Strong understanding of product lifecycle concepts, roadmap planning, prioritization, stakeholder management, and execution tracking.
    • Familiarity with AI concepts, terminology, current capabilities, and practical implementation challenges.
    • Ability to advise leadership while also engaging productively with engineers and solution teams.
    Salary RangeUSD $220,000.00 - USD $240,000.00 /Yr.The Markon pay range for this position is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.Overview
