What you will be doing:
- Welcome guests in character as SafeHouse "agents" and introduce them to the spy-themed environment
- Engage with guests to enhance the immersive SafeHouse experience
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver them promptly and efficiently
- Provide friendly, attentive service to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction
- Maintain the unique spy culture and atmosphere throughout the restaurant
- Communicate effectively with fellow agents and kitchen team members to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned service areas
- Follow all service standards, safety guidelines, and operational procedures
- Assist guests with menu recommendations and answer questions about the SafeHouse experience
- Perform other duties as assigned by leadership
- Previous restaurant or guest service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- A positive attitude and willingness to engage with guests in a fun and interactive way
