Description

Intezra is hiring a highly motivated Full-Stack Software Engineer to design and build end-to-end applications that support complex technical environments. In this role, you'll work closely with users, stakeholders, and domain experts to translate real needs into working systems—front to back.

You'll operate in a fast-paced environment where requirements evolve quickly. Success requires strong full-stack development skills, the ability to translate ambiguous requirements into deployable systems, and a passion for building software that delivers real, visible impact.

Responsibilities

  • Automate manual deployment processes to improve reliability and delivery speed.

  • Design and implement automation workflows for development, deployment, and configuration management.

  • Document system designs, configurations, and operational procedures.

  • Gather requirements and feedback from users, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.

  • Build and maintain configuration documentation and repeatable deployment processes.

Skills Requirements

  • Experience designing and developing full-stack applications and architectures.

  • Experience working with modern development frameworks (React, Vue, Angular, Spring Boot, FastAPI, etc.).

  • Background in user interface design, development, and integration with backend APIs.

  • Experience with requirements gathering and system architecture planning.

  • Understanding of network architecture and topologies.

Nice to Haves

  • Experience with Windows and Unix security concepts.

  • Experience with network architecture and system design.

  • Strong understanding of virtualized environments (e.g., vSphere, virtual machines).

  • Experience working in complex or highly regulated technical environments.

  • Development experience with technologies such as Java, MongoDB, and Python.

Compensation Employment Policy

Salary is determined by multiple factors, including location, education, experience, skills, and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $150,000 – $275,000 (annualized USD).
