Foundry Production Associate – Direct Hire
Rushville, Indiana

First Call Staffing is currently seeking dependable and hardworking individuals for direct hire opportunities at a facility in Rushville, IN. Candidates will be responsible for supporting daily operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while following all safety and production standards.

Available Shifts & Pay
  • 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM | $26.44/hour
  • 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM | $26.19/hour
Overtime may be mandatory based on production needs.

Job Responsibilities
  • Operate and assist with production equipment
  • Handle, move, and inspect metal castings and materials
  • Follow all workplace safety procedures and company policies
  • Perform general labor duties as assigned
  • Work efficiently in a hot, industrial manufacturing environment
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Previous manufacturing or foundry experience is preferred, but not required
  • Ability to stand, lift, bend, and work throughout the entire shift
  • Steel-toe boots/shoes are required
  • Must be willing to complete a drug screen and criminal background check
  • Strong attendance and reliability are required
